SPEEDo Shown
a s MPH. Indicates the speed of the treadmill belt.
TIME• Shown
a s Minutes:Seconds. Indicates the time remaining or the time elapsed in your workout.
PULSE • Shown as Beats Per Minute. Indicates your heart rate (displayed when contact is made with both
pulse grLps).
DISTANCE • Shown as Miles. Indicates distance traveled during your workout.
INCLINE • Shown as Percent. Indicates the incline of the treadmill deck surface.
CALORIES • Indicates total Calories burned during your workout.

PROGRAM PROFILES o Represents the profile of the workout being used (speed during speed based
workouts and incline during incline based workouts).
SCANV/EWINESCREENS
Tohave the display screen rotate continuously (Time and Distance, Incline and Speed, Pulse and Calroies), hold
the ENTERbutton for 3 seconds. Press ENTERone additional time to turn off scan feature.
l) EnterSetupMode:Pressand hold I and 2 BUTTONS f or 3 seconds.
2) Usethe ENTER button to confirm settings.
3) Settings include:MONTH, DAY,YEAR, H OUR, M INUTE, andAM/PM.
4) ReviewSettings: You can reviewyour settings at any time whilein SetupMode.Usethe ENTER
button to scroll throughsettings.
5) Exit SetupMode:Toconfirm the Dateand Time,press and hold ENTER for 3 seconds.
6) ToReset:SimplyreenterSetupModeand adjust Dateand Timeto the correct setting.
1) Checkto make surenothing is on or will hinder the movementof the treadrnill.
2) Plug in the powercord and turn the treadmill ON.
3) Standon the side rails of the treadmill.
4) Attach the safetykeyclip to part ofyour clothing.
5) Insert the safety keyinto the safetykeyholein the console.
6) Youhave twooptions to start your workout:
A) QUICK START
Simplypress the START keyto begin workingout. OR...
B) SELECT WEIGHT.
Oncea WEIGHT h as beenselected,press ENTER.
C) SELECT A PROGRAM
Selecta PROGRAM using the KEYPAD, ARROW KEYS or PROGRAMMING
BUTTON.
Oncea PROGRAM has beenchosen,press ENTER.
D) SELECT A TIME
Selecta Tirneusing the KEYPAD, ARROW KEYS, P ROGRAMMING
BUTTON or use the
default time.
Oncea TIMEhas beenchosen,press ENTER.
E) SELECT A LEVEL
Selecta Levelusing the KEYPAD, ARROW KEYS, P ROGRAMMING
BUTTON or use the
default time.
Oncea LEVEL has beenchosen,press ENTER.
FINISN/NG YOUR PROGRAM
When your workoutis complete,the CONSOLE w ill beep. Yourworkoutinformation will stay displayed
on the consolefor 30 secondsand then reset.
CLEAR CURRENT S ELECTION
Toclear the current workoutselectionor screen,hold the STOP button for 3 seconds.
Once you have started yourprogramyou can quicklychangeyour speedand
incline level.

PressSETSPEED / INCLINE keyonKEYPAD.
EXAMPLE: Press1,0 and then SETSPEED KEY, y our speedwill be set to
10.0 mph.
