To login to the camera from a computer on the same LAN:

Open your Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) browser on your computer and enter the IP

address of the camera in the URL field. In the example below, the IP address of the camera is

192.168.0.7.

In the login window, enter admin for the User Name and the password you created in the

Password field, the click Login.

If this is the first time you are logging into a camera, you may see the message in the following

screen. If this appears, follow the sub-steps below.

Click on the message to install the plugin.

In the message bar at the bottom of the screen, click Run. Follow the on-screen

instructions to install WebComponents. When the following screen opens, click Finish.

Step 6.

Adjust the camera for your surveillance target

While observing live Live View video from your camera (see above), grasp the gimbal on the sides

(see below), and then point the camera in the direction of your surveillance target.

Pan range:

0˚ ~ 355˚

Loosen the tilt lock screws (one on each side of the gimbal), and then adjust the tilt to set the

elevation of the video image. Tighten the tilt lock screws to hold the tilt position.

Adjust the rotation, if necessary, to set the horizontal alignment of the video image.
