STEP 1
Attach a brace to one of the posts using the 3" screws. (See photo 1.) Make sure this is on the notched end
of the post. Insert the post into the beam assembly. (See photo 2.)

STEP 2
Attach another brace into the corner of the post and beam assembly. (See photo 3.) You may have to pull
the bottom of the post one way or the other to square it up before you fasten the brace. Put 2 screws
through the beam into the top of the post. (See photo 4.) Repeat steps 1 & 2 for the other 3 posts.
