The Pad Assembly consists of

the Pad, the Pick Spring, and

the Pad Holder.

If you receive only the

rubber pad, replace the Pad

according to the following

procedure.

Insert the new Pad Assembly

ADF Frame

into the bigger side of the

mounting holes in the ADF

frame, and then slide to the

right until it locks into place.

•

Close the ADF.

Remove the Pick Spring.

Remove the Pad from

the Pad Holder.

Align the holes in the

new Pad with the pins on

the Pad Holder.

Attach the Pick Spring so

that both ends of the Pick

Spring are located on the

Pad.
