Terminating the Scanner
As with any SCSI device, the ScanPartner 600C must be
properly terminated before use. The ScanPartner 600C uses a
terminator switch located on the back of the scanner, therefore
a SCSI terminator is not required.
If the ScanPartner 600C is the last device on the SCSI chain
then the terminator switch must be set to the ON position, see
Figure 1-8. If the ScanPartner 600C is not the last device on
the SCSI chain, the terminator switch must be set to the OFF
position.
