3. Locate Wall Jambs

NOTE: Before proceeding, install the valving in the framing pocket.

- Position the walls upright on a clean, flat surface with the flanges mating as shown.

- Clamp the walls together at the top and bottom using C-clamps. Make sure the top and bottom edges are flush.

- Mark the location of the holes on the flange with a felt tip marker.

- Drill holes through both flanges with a 5/16" bit at the marked locations.

- Apply a minimum 1/4" (6mm) bead of caulk on one of the mating surfaces between the walls as shown.

- Assemble the bolt, washers, and nut at each location.

- Wrench tighten. Do not overtighten.
