AVOCET

There are three LED indicators on the front panel of the AV-100. Their functions are

described below.

Power

Main

SAP

Power In

Antenna In

SAP-Out

Power Main SAP

Indicates that power has been applied to the AV-100.

Shows that audio is present on the Main channel. Intensity

of the LED should fluctuate with the audio level.

Shows that audio is present on the SAP channel. Intensity

of the LED should fluctuate with the audio level.

The AC/DC power adapter is connected here. Only the 12

VDC, 500 mA adapter shipped with the unit is to be used.

Use of an incorrect power adaptor could cause damage to

the unit.

This port provides connection for the receive antenna.

Connection is made with an F-type connector at 75 Ω.

Balanced audio output at 600 Ω is provided via a male

XLR connector. The output level can be modified by

turning the adjustment pot next to the connector on the
