ENSTROM F28F/280F SERIES FLOAT INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

I. Align float girt holes to the holes on the bottom skid tube (Figure 7).

J. Install bolts (facing inboard) through skid tube (Figure 8).

1. Forward skid tube: AN3-30A bolts, quantity 11; AN960-10 washer, quantity 22; and

AN365-1032 nut, quantity 11.

2. Aft skid tube: AN3-24A bolts, quantity 8; AN960-10L washer, quantity 16; and

AN364-1032 nut, quantity 8.

3. A second person can assist by pushing the float downward to ease installation of

the bolt through the inboard girt hole. A awl may be used to help align holes.
