Zone activation could fail for fabrics with a large number
of zones.

Description
Query Security Attributes (QSA) Registered Fabric Change
Notification (RFCN) is not sent to the registrants when the
state of insistent Domain ID is changed.
In firmware 09.07.xx, the port WWN does not change
along with the FC address when a port swap is executed.
The functionality of the port swap action is not impacted
by this.
Switch Binding restriction does not apply when Switch
Binding Membership List (SBML) has maximum allowed
entries.
When a Director 2/140 encountered a QPM 0, port 3
failure while disabled, the QPM indicated a failure in
"productinfo", but no event was posted.
Unable to config ports as E_ports with NPIV disabled.
When API authentication was enabled, EFCM erroneously
issued "too many sessions" error and did not manage
switch.
SS_FAULT (00000073) occurred on core Director 2/140
when ISLs were disconnected on a Director 2/64.

C0 fault occurred on snmpwalk /get for SNMP v3 users
using Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA) protocol
