the equipment described and is current as of the printing date.
Scope
The scope of this document is to provide the reader with basic information relating
to C380 telephones, and also to provide procedures and processes for repairing the
units at Level 1 and 2 service centers including:
• Unit swap out
• Repairing of mechanical faults
• Basic modular troubleshooting
• Testing and verification of unit functionality
• Initiate warranty claims and send faulty modules to Level 3 or 4 repair
centers.
