The blower is equipped with a safety slide switch designed to protect the motor in the event of a diaphragm rupture. If tripped, the blower

motor will not operate, but the timer will remain functional. Follow the directions below to reset the safety slide switch after the diaphragms

have been replaced. If the diaphragms are not replaced first, resetting the safety slide switch may damage it:( pg 18)

1. Turn off the blower's circuit breaker in the control panel. Ensure that the blower motor has stopped and the unit does not have power.

Remove the four corner screws securing the

upper cover to the blower base and remove

the cover.(Figure 1)

Remove the sound absorbing felt from

around the motor.(Figure 2)

Pinch both sides of the safety slide switch

and slide it to the center position of the

switch base until it clicks into place. (Figure

3,3A,4,4A)

Check that the protrusion of the switch slide is adjusted

to the position of the " " mark and the switch part of the

micro switch is pressed in. (figure 4,4A)

The safety slide switch is now reset.

Install the sound absorber. (Figure 2).

Install the blower cover using the four corner screws

removed earlier. (Figure 1).
