Ground wire to radio chassis

Route the adapters

Red wire

to suitable 12V Accessory supply source

(e.g. fuse box etc.)

One option is to tap into fuse box in kick-panel at row C, fuse 1 (15A)

Warning:

We highly recommend against connecting the Red wire to a

constant (battery) supply. The Red wire must be connected to an

accessory supply wire otherwise it will not work as intended.

Initial Radio Setup:

A very important step in this process is enabling AUX function within Becker

radio menu.

Note:

Becker CDR210, CR210, PCM1 and others do not have an "AUX" function

and not compatible with this part.

Enabling AUX function

Radios with TP button: (e.g. CDR-220)

Turn radio "ON"

2. Press and hold the "TP" button for about 8 seconds until Becker 1 is

displayed.

3. Turn the Tuning Knob until AUX OFF is displayed.

4. Press either button located directly under the Arrows on the display to

change the present setting from OFF to ON.

Turn radio OFF.

5. Turn Radio back "ON" Press "S" button to enter AUX Mode. This is the

mode to use whenever you want to listen to the device connected to

the adapter.
