9. JOG DIAL (FWD & REV)
This contains two functions:
* Speed Control
Rotating this dial in Play mode will change playback speed
accordingly.
Rotate clockwise, the player speed increases; rotate counter-
clockwise, the speed decreases.
* Searching
Rotating this dial in Pause mode, the player will forward or
backward to the desired point for start. The searching speed
changed according to the dialing speed. It can be carried out by 1
frame increment.
10. TIME/OUTRO
This button switches the time display between each Remaining
time, Elapsed playing time, and Total remaining time; it also
switches on and off the OUTRO function. When the display shows
OUTRO, the player only plays the last 30 seconds of each track.
The unit will be in "stop" mode if you continue to press this button
for more than 3 seconds.
11. PITCH
This button changes the play speed.
Press PITCH button (the PITCH LED is lit) to enable the PITCH
CONTROL SLIDER to increase or decrease the playing speed.
When the PITCH is off, the speed automatically back to normal.
The pitch can be changed up to ±32% by moving the slider up and
down.
NOTE: (1) The pitch slider will not function if the PITCH LED is
off.
(2) This pitch button will not have effects on PITCH bend.
12. ±8%, ±16%, ±32% button
These 3 buttons can let you choose the PITCH range from ±8%,
±16% up to ±32%.
13. PITCH BEND (+/-)
When the CD is playing, the pitch bend function allows the
position of the bass beats to be matched after the pitch has been
adjusted. The pitch will automatically rise (+8/16/32%) while VR
knob is moved up. The pitch will drop (-8/16/32%) while VR knob
is moved up and return to the original pitch when the knob is
moved center. By changing the pitch in this way the position of the
beats can be matched.
14. PITCH CONTROL SLIDER
There are 2 selections for playback speed ranges (8%, 16%, 32%)
through 11. PITCH BUTTON &
By moving the pitch control slider, you can achieve the playback
speed you want between MINMUN (up side) & MAXMUN (down
side).
15. NUMBER KEYS

0/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10: You can choose the number keys to
pick the track exact track you want to play at any time. The track
number will show on LCD.

+10: Each press of this button allows the unit to advance
10 tracks.
16. TAP
Press this button to get the BPM (beat per minute) value.
17. SEAMLESS LOOP/RELOOP
There are A, B/LOOP, RELOOP/EXIT buttons.

A ― "start point" (A point)

B/LOOP ― "end point" (B point) Press B/LOOP to set end
point (B point) and start loop playback automatically. LOOP blinks
on LCD.

RELOOP/EXIT ― To exit the loop playback, Press
RELOOP/EXIT to exit the loop playback. LOOp lights on the
LCD. And the playback goes on from B point.

Return RELOOP: Return to the loop playback by pressing
RELOOP/EXIT.

Change "START POINT" & "END POINT" by pressing A
& B/LOOP in play mode.

The interval between A and B point must be more than 20
frames, or the B point will be canceled, then Loop function
disappear, and LOOP fades on the LCD.
18. CUE
When the unit is just POWER ON, CUE1/2/3 Memo are not yet
activated and the button LEDs are off.

To activate the CUE1 key in either Play or Pause mode
Press Memo key first, then press the CUE1 key to complete the
memory setup. The button LED flashes 5 times quickly. CUE1/2/3
keys can be activated the same way.

Once the memory is set, press the CUE1/2/3 to return to
the setup point. The button LED flashes slowly to indicate it is in
playing from the setup point.

To reset the CUE1 key in either Play or Pause mode
Press the memo key first, and then press the CUE1 key at your
desired point and complete the reset, the button LED flashes 5
times quickly. CUE2/3 can be reset the same way.
19. KEY
To maintain the constant tempo, it's not changed while the pitch
slider is moving.
20. BRAKE
Press this button to change the speed of PAUSE and START. The
LCD will display BRAKE after this button is pressed. This sound
effect can be performed independently, or in parallel with other
effect.
21. SOUND EFFECT SELECT
To select the one you need from 4 kinds of sound effects and
perform by the turning jog, it makes the change of background
music. THERE ARE 4 SOUND EFFECTS.

SCRATCH:
Move the JOG WHEEL backward and forward like scratching a
turntable record.

FLANGER:
It sounds like the airplane takes off. To turn the jog clockwise, it
makes the effect longer.

FILTER:
There are bass & treble. To turn the jog clockwise, it will cue bass
off but keep treble. To turn the jog counter-clockwise, it will cut
treble off but keep bass.

REVERSE WHEEL:
The music is playing backward, dial the JOG WHEEL to change
the playing speed as PITCH BEND.

Power on the No.1 LED blinks at the same time.

Press the SELECT button, the blinking LED will move in
order (1-2-3-4) to the desired effect.

Press the ON/OFF button to light the blinking LED and
activate the sound effect.

Dial the JOG WHEEL to adjust the effect parameter.
Press the ON/OFF button again to deactivate the sound effect.
22. SOUND EFFECT ON/OFF
Press this button to activate or deactivate the sound effect. While
the effect is activated, the LED under the relative number is light;
it's blinking while the effect is deactivated.
23. RELAY
Press the "RELAY" button to activate. When one unit is in play
mode, and the other unit is in "pause" mode; pause the playing
unit, the other unit will automatically start to play (the button will
flash).
