6. Loop approximately 2" of the LED Assembly wires

through the closed end of the guide wire. Fold wires

to secure around the guide wire to enable threading

the wires through the rack tubing. See Figure 3.

7. Carefully pull the straight end of the guide wire to

draw the LED Assembly wires through the rail and

out the forward hole. Detach the LED Assembly

wires from the guide wire after the wires have been

pulled through the front hole. See Figure 4.

8. Install the 2 foam pads on to the top surface of the

light. See Figure 5.

9. Align the LED Assembly to the underside of the Air

Wing Luggage Rack rear crossbar. Figure 6.

10. Using a 9/64 Allen wrench, secure the LED Assem-

bly to the Air Wing Luggage Rack using the provid-

ed Allen Head Bolts and washers.

11. Thread the wire from the LED assembly through the

mounting holt in the Tour Pak lid.

12. Route the LED Assembly wiring harness towards the

front center corner of the Tour Pak. Secure loose wires

with provided wire clips as shown in Figure 7.
