In the following section, we have listed many of the problems, causes and solutions that you may

encounter in using the chipper. If you encounter a problem that is difficult to solve even after

reading through this section, you can call DK-TEC.

Problem

The flywheel does not

Cause

Blocked eject

Solution

Turn off the chipper and clean

the one for dirt

Clean the flywheel

Replace safety pin

Turn or replace the blades

Clean the eject spout

Clean the flywheel

Put only dry material into the

ejection spout

Turn or replace the blades

Clean the flywheel

Turn or replace the blades

Check out the PTO's phase-in.

Check the flywheel and look for

errors
