Internal Valve

OPTIONAL:

If dispensing a product with particulates such

as seeds, use internal valve to deliver more

consistent portions. The internal valve is not

needed when dispensing smooth products.

Insert internal valve between the neck of

pump and discharge valve.

Mount the discharge valve

onto the end of the pump housing.

Fit the pair of holes in the discharge valve

over the pegs on the neck of the pump

housing.

TIP: Lubricate parts with clean water to

ease fitting.

Insert the check valve

into the bottom of the pump housing.

Wrap the flaps on the side of valve onto the

pair of pegs on the pump housing.

TIP: Lubricate parts with clean water to

ease fitting.
