9. Rotate the elevation joint until it just contacts the bumpers (#204). This contact should occur a few degrees before

vertical. Continue rotating until elevation joint is vertical. All 4 bumpers should be engaged and partially compressed.

Refer to Figure 6.

10. If steps 8&9 are successful and monitor matches Figure 6 then the installation is complete. If monitor does not

match Figure 8 remove the bracket and return to Step 1 to repeat installation. However, it is recommended to

return the unit to Akron Brass for repair and evaluation if the initial installation is not successful.
