Installing or Removing Abrasive Paper
CAUTION:
Always be sure that the tool is
switched off and unplugged before
installing or removing the paper.
To install the abrasive paper, first turn
the lever clip to the position showed in
Fig.1.
Then insert one paper end between
the base and the paper clamp and
keep paper end parallel with the base
side. (Fig.2)
Once inserted well, return the lever
clip to the original position. Overcast
the pad with the paper and repeat the
same process for the other end of the
base, maintaining the proper paper
tension. (Fig.3)
Make sure the abrasive paper is
clamped securely or the sanding
maybe uneven caused by loosen or sliding of abrasive paper.

CAUTION:
 Before plugging in the tool, always check
to see that the trigger switch actuates
properly and returns to the "OFF" position
when released.
To start the tool, simply pull the trigger.
Release the trigger to stop. For continuous
operation, pull the trigger and then push in
the lock button. To stop the tool from the
locked position, pull the trigger fully, and
then release it. (Fig. 4)

Sanding Operation

Hold the tool firmly. Turn the tool on and
wait until it attains full speed. Then gently
place the tool on the workpiece surface.
Keep the pad flush with the workpiece and
apply slight pressure on the tool. (Fig. 5)
An orbital sander is generally used to
remove only a small amount of material at
a time. Since the quality of the surface is
more important than the amount of stock
removed, do not bear down on the tool.
You can put a high polish on furniture or other fine surfaces by using a cloth under the
tool.
CAUTION:
 Do not block motor vent with your finger or hand.
 Never run the tool without paper. You may seriously damage the pad.
 Never force the tool. Excessive pressure may decrease the sanding efficiency,
