9.
SETTING THE POLISHER
NOTE: Excess pressure or misuse can lead to

deterioration of the bond between the sponge
backing pad and the polisher. Prior to each use
ensure the adhesion remains unaffected.
9.1 SWITCHING ON/OFF - FIG. 2
To switch the polisher 'on', press the switch forward
to the 'I' position. When switching 'on', ensure the
polisher is in contact with the surface to be polished
and only switch it 'off' after removing it from the
surface. To switch the polisher 'off', press the switch
backwards to the 'O' position.
Do not use excess pressure on this machine and do
not operate for long periods of time.
Apply the polish directly onto the bonnet, not the
work surface.
Apply the polish with one bonnet and use another
to buff the surface to a good shine.
NOTE: Excess polish maybe thrown out during
operation.
Do not use any abrasive materials.
9.2 DUST
For work activities involving exposure to fine dust a
mask rated to at least FFP2 should be used.
ATTENTION: Do not use in conjunction with rubbing
compounds or other products of a similar nature.
