2. PASS RING OF RIGHT TENSIONING WEB THROUGH ITS OWN
CATENARY RING (PASSING OVER THE LEFT WEB).
3. CONTINUE RING OF RIGHT TENSIONING WEB THROUGH
OPPOSITE CATENARY RING.
4. OVERLAP BOTH TENSION RINGS. ATTACH WEB/RATHCET
AND TENSION DOWNARD AGAINST TENSION HOLE IN
UPRIGHT. (CATENARY RINGS SHOULD MOVE CLOSER
TOGETHER AS RATHCET IS TIGHTENED.)
