We are delighted that you have decided on purchasing this fry-
ing pan. For an energy-effi cient preparation it is recommended to
choose a hob that corresponds to the pan.

IMPORTANT NOTES
■
The pan is designed for preparing foods on all conventional
stove types (gas, electrical, induction stove).
■
The pan is suitable for use in an oven up to max. 170 °C.
■
The pan is not suitable for use in the microwave.
■
Only use the pan as instructed. Any other use is deemed im-
proper.
■
The pan is designed for private use and are not intended for
commercial use.
■
The following are excluded from the warranty: all defects
caused by improper handling or damage. The same applies
for normal wear.
■
Danger of suffocation! Keep children and animals away from
the packaging material.
■
Danger of burns! The pan will become hot during use. You
should therefore only ever touch the pan by the handle. Keep
in mind that also the handle will become hot in the oven. Use
oven cloth or oven gloves.
■
Danger of burns! Be particularly careful when carrying the
pan with hot contents.
■
In the event of a fi re: Do not use water to put it out but smother
the fl ames with a fi re blanket or similar towel.
■
Avoid overheating. Heating the products when empty or evap-
orating all liquid may cause the material to overheat. This may
cause material damage and generation of smoke. In this case,
switch off the stove immediately, remove the pan from the hob
and ensure adequate ventilation.
■
Never leave the pan unattended during use.
■
Keep in mind that induction stoves have a higher heating rate
than other stove types.
■
Noises can be generated due to the electromagnetic charac-
teristics of induction stoves and induction cookware. These
noises are caused by the technical design of the induction
stove and induction cookware and are no signs of malfunction.
■
Check the bottom of the pan for damages prior to every use!
Do not use the pan if it is damaged. Do not use the pan in case
the bottom is scratched, damaged or uneven. The hob could
get damaged.
■
Do not slide the pan over a glass ceramic hob as it could
be scratched. The manufacturer is not liable for damage
caused by improper use!
■
Only ever use suitable frying utensils such as spatulas or
wooden cooking spoons for frying.
Note: It is possible to use metal kitchen aids. However, to en-

Never pour cold water into the pan when it is still hot. This
could cause the coat to rupture.
■
Do not drop the pan and do not allow it to be knocked violently.

Before Initial Use
Unpack all parts and make sure that the product contents are
complete (see "Product Contents") and check for any damages
from transport. If you identify damages to the components, do not
use them (!), instead contact the customer service centre.

Tip: The different areas of the pan are suitable for small
dishes, e. g. fried eggs or pancakes (A), scrambled egg and
omelet (B), meat and sausages (C) and for fi sh and vege-
tables (D).
Cleaning and Storage
ATTENTION!

Danger of burns! Allow the pan to cool down completely before
you clean it.
■
Do not use corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents or cleaning
pads for cleaning. These could damage the surface.

Do not allow any leftover food to dry on in order to make clean-
ing easier. If there are still some caked residues: soak in hot
water before cleaning.
•
Clean the pan before you fi rst use it and after every other use
with clear, warm water and a little mild detergent.
•
The pan is dishwasher-safe. However, repeated washing in the
dishwasher may attack the coating of the pan and have a det-
rimental effect on fi ttings.
•
Dry the pan thoroughly after cleaning.
•
Store the pan in a dry, clean place that is not accessible to
children and animals.
Disposal
The packaging material is recyclable. Dispose of the pack-
aging in an environmentally-friendly manner and make it
available for the recyclable material collection-service.
Also dispose of the product in an environmental-friendly
manner. For more information, please contact the adminis-
