Assembly and Operation Instructions

Step 3:

1. Plug the unit in to power up(120v, 60Hz, 250w);

2. Adjust the controls to intended temperature and

time according to the temperature guide.

3. Press start

4. Before initial use, clean the drying trays

thoroughly in warm, soapy water and let dry.

5. Run the dehydrator for a full cycle at the

highest temperature before drying any food.
