EPLACING THE

EPARATION

Worn or improperly installed Separation Rollers will cause multiple feeds

and paper jams. The Separation Rollers have an approximate life of

600,000 pages. If NCR or carbonless paper is used the life span of the

these rollers may be decreased by half.

Make sure there is no paper

in the stacker.

Press the ADF Cover Open

Button.

Note:

The cover opens slowly on it's

own.

Open the Roller Cover by

placing your fingers in either

of the openings of the cover

and pulling out.

•

Slide the two Separation Rollers outwards in the direction of the

arrows.

Note:

The shafts will automatically lock in place when moved outward.
