Connect
The power supply (AC) and voltage at the operating point
must agree with the details on the type plate, which is located
on the left inside wall, next to the vegetable bins.
To ensure troublefree operation, do not connect
the appliance to the power supply until about 1/2 to
1 hour after delivery. Connect the appliance with a
properly earthed plug and socket, preferably
located for easy access, not directly behind the
appliance.

You are recommended to clean the interior before it is first

Switching the appliance on and off
Refrigerator section (fig. A)

Turn temperature selector dial <Il to right, from "0" to set-
ting "1 ".This switches on the refrigerator section, and the in-
terior light comes on.

When set at "0", the refrigerator section is switched off.
Freezer section

Using a
narrow,
blunt instrument (e.g. a pencil), press in
only the light-coloured disc section on the childproof on/off

button®. The green operating light® and the red alarm light

come on.

The red alarm light goes off as soon as the freezer section
is sufficiently cold.

To switch the freezer section off, press on/off button® so
that the green operating light® goes out.

Temperature adjustment
The temperature controller <Il is used to adjust the tempera-
ture setting.
Position "1" = minimum cooling
Position "7"

maximum cooling
Select a control setting to suit your requirements.
Please note that when the setting is changed, the new setting
requires some time to take effect, and is dependent on am-
bient temperature, how often the door is opened and on the
amount of food inside.
Equipment
The shelves can be adjusted to accomodate various pack-
age sizes. Remove a shelf by pulling it half-way out, then
swinging it down (or up) to remove completely (fig.
C).

Always insert shelves with the tubular guard bar uppermost,
orelse food may freeze to the back wall of the refri{Jerator.
The hinge-up plastic shelf section (when fitted) can be pulled
out and folded up to make room for large bottles (fig.
0).
The adjustable centre door shelf (when fitted) is repositioned
as follows:

push the shelf in at the side and remove from the front
e
insert the left-side retaining pin in the rail and snap the
right side in place
