• The device creates a vacuum during operation,
which helps to keep the pressure of the sanding
disc against the work surface constant. This force
can be adjusted using the knob on the disc guard
(Fig. 11).
• Thanks to the possibility of dismantling a section of
the disc guard (Fig. 2), the device allows internal
corner grinding. To remove the guard section, press
the lock and slide the piece out of the grinder
guard. This must be done carefully so as not to
break the hooks.
Work:
• Switch on the machine and wait until it is running
at full speed then, holding the sanding pad as
parallel as possible, place it on the work surface.
• Press down lightly on the machine head so that the
sandpaper can contact the work surface.
• Move the grinder slowly at an even speed across
the surface in a smooth motion.
• Apply only as much pressure as necessary to keep
the unit on the work surface. Pressing down too
hard on the device reduces the sanding
performance and may cause unevenness in the
machined surface.
• Keep the product moving at all times, do not stop
in one place to avoid unevenness.
• Remove the product from the work surface before
switching off.
• Always switch off the device first when you have
finished sanding, and only disconnect the bag/
vacuum cleaner with the waste material afterwards.
• The vacuum cleaner/bag with waste should be
emptied regularly.
