Cause
Solution
Install new plungers.
Install proper filtration on pump inlet plumbing.
Check water temperature. It should not
exceed 160_F (70_C).
Do not modify any factory–set adjustments.
Clean or replace tip. See Installing and
Changing Spray Tips, Operating Instruction
manual 309886.
Never run pump more than 10 minutes without
spraying.
Do not run pump without water.
Clean or replace valves.
