2.3 Conexión de cables en el compartimento de conexión de

cables

Introducir los cables de los circuitos principales en el compartimento

de cables y fijar con abrazaderas en las canaletas portacables de la

parte derecha del compartimento (ver instructivo 8PQ9800-7AA72).

Al preparar y cortar los cables, tener en cuenta que deben evitarse

las fuerzas innecesarias de tracción o cizalladura en la placa de

conexiones.

Conectar los conductores de fase L1, L2, L3 con tornillos de cabeza

hexagonal según el esquema eléctrico a las piezas de conexión fijas

identificadas de la placa de conexiones.

Atención

¡Al aplicar el par en la tuerca debe sostenerse la

cabeza del tornillo para contrarrestarlo!

Una compartimentación según la forma 4b se puede conseguir

utilizando fuelles por encima de la conexión de cables. En caso de

conectar cables individuales por cada lengüeta de conexión, colocar

el fuelle antes de apretar los terminales de cable. Tras conectar el

cable a la lengüeta, el fuelle se coloca por encima del terminal. A

continuación, seguir tirando del extremo del lado de los cables hasta

que dicho extremo no resbale hacia atrás en la lengüeta y se fije con

una brida para cables.

Si el fuelle no asienta firmemente sobre el cable, debe fijarse con

una brida para cables. En caso de conectar dos cables por lengüeta

de conexión, es necesario recortar el manguito del fuelle del lado del

cable por el primer anillo.

2.3 Cable connection in cable connection compartment

Feed cables for main circuits into the cable compartment and fasten

with clips to cable brackets on the right in the cable compartment

(see operating instructions 8PQ9800-7AA72). When forming cables

and cutting them to length, avoid unnecessary tensile or thrust forces

on the connecting plate.

8PQ9800-7AA68, section 2.1.

Connect the phase conductors L1, L2, L3 in accordance with the

circuit diagram to the fixed terminal pieces on marked terminals on

the terminal plate with hexagonal screws.

Notice

When applying torque to the nut, the screw head

must be pressed firmly in the opposite direction!

Separation according to form 4b can be achieved with the aid of

bellows over the cable connection. When connecting individual

cables, push the bellows over each terminal lug before crimping on

the cable lug. After connecting the cable to the lug, the bellows are

pushed over the cable lug. The cable-side end is then pushed up

until the opposite end on the link does not slip back and fastened

with cable strips directly on the bar.

If the bellows are not firmly on the cable, they must be fixed with

cable ties. If more than two cable lugs per terminal are connected,

the cable-side sleeve of the bellows must be cut off at the first ring.
