To enable use of the cartridge, the 5741 series filling and
demineralisation unit must be correctly installed, as shown in the
specific instruction sheet.
Connection of the reusable cartridge also requires the use of the
hose kit code 570901.
Remove the yellow screw plug from the cartridge connections.

Caution: the yellow screw plugs must never be disposed of;
they are used for connection protection during storage and
transport.

Connect the hose to the untreated water connection on the unit
and the cartridge inlet connection (position
hose to the pure water connection on the unit and cartridge
outlet connection (position B).
Open both air vents on the cartridge cover (unscrew both white

screws through a few turns).
4 Only open the shut-off valve upstream and
