Adding Your Aroma360 Oil
Be certain the di user is unplugged or powered o before proceeding. Use
the provided key to open the back door. Slide the door up and out to reveal
the oil compartment. You'll notice a tube or nozzle hanging in the
compartment.
2
Pour your oil into the provided aluminum bottle. Then, screw in the aluminum
bottle until it is tightly secured so that the nozzle is in the bottle.
• Do not overfill the bottle.
• Only Aroma360 oils should be used in the VanGogh360; using any other
oils may damage the unit and will void the warranty.
3
Once the bottle of oil is inserted tightly and securely, reattach the door and
lock with the same key. Note: If the bottle is not inserted tightly or straight,
the oil will leak. Please double check that the bottle is inserted correctly.
Once the oil is added, you may turn on or plug in the di user.
4
To remove the bottle from the unit, rotate the bottle counterclockwise until it
comes loose.
5
When changing fragrance oils, remove any oils left in the bottle. (You may
dispose of it or pour it back into the original bottle). Pour some rubbing
alcohol into the aluminum bottle, about ¼ full. Di use the rubbing alcohol for
about 15-30 minutes.
6
Remove any additional rubbing alcohol, rinse and dry the bottle as best as
possible before pouring in the new fragrance oil.
Tips for Using Your VanGogh360
•
The unit must always stay in its upright position. Tilting the di user with oil
inside may cause damage to your unit.
•
Always remove the oil when transporting the unit.
•
If using the di user in a public space, we suggest using the lock feature for
the control panel to prevent tampering with the settings.
There are three ways to use the VanGogh360. As a stand-alone unit, with
the HVAC system or mounted to the wall.
HVAC Connection
Remove the silver nozzle at the top of the unit by unscrewing it counter-
clockwise.
2
Replace it with the External HVAC Connector Nozzle (black part facing up)
and screw it in clockwise and make sure it is tightly secured.
3
Using a screwdriver, make a scent point (a small hole) in the duct work
that is between 0.5-1.5 feet after the air handler. The diameter of the scent
point should be the same as the clear tube that was included with your
Vangogh360+.
4
Insert one end of the clear tube into the External HVAC Connector Nozzle
and the other end into the duct work. To remove the thick tubing from the
di user, simply press down on the black outer portion of the tube connec-
tor and the tubing will release as the black outer ring is a "release" button.
Be sure to cut any excess tubing. Seal the scent point with HVAC tape.
5
Make sure the silver button on the left of the LCD display is out (so that
the fan is switched o ).
6
Attach the power adapter into the unit and plug into a 110v outlet. Program
the Vangogh360 to the desired settings and you're ready to start scenting!
Tips:
Change the fan setting on your thermostat from "Auto" to "Always On" .
Trim any excess clear tubing so that the HVAC tube is as short as possible.
The shorter the tube, the more e icient the scent will be.
Stand-Alone Instructions
Place the unit in an open space with no furniture/fixtures covering or
blocking the unit.
2
Switch the fan on (silver button to the left of the LCD display).
3
Ensure the silver silencer adapter is screwed in to the top of the unit (as
opposed to the HVAC tubing connector.
