CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Always unplug the unit from mains power supply before attempting any cleaning or user
maintenance.
2. The water tank must be drained of any water after each use. To do so, carefully pull the water
tank out from the unit then hold a suitable vessel underneath to catch the water. Once the
water tank has been drained, wipe away any excess water with a soft cloth.
3. To clean the evaporation pad and mesh filter, pull them up and away from the back of the unit,
then wash them in warm water with a mild detergent and a soft brush. Take care not to pierce
the pad and filter.
4. Before replacing the evaporation pad and mesh filter, check the drain hole for any debris or
blockages and remove if necessary.
5. Wipe the unit with soft, damp cloth and dry thoroughly
6. Do not use flammable liquid, abrasive cleaning solvents, polishes or scouring pads to clean the
humidifier, as this may cause damage.
Please ensure that the unit and all of its parts are cleaned regularly to reduce the risk of limescale
and bacteria forming. The evaporation pad must be installed flatly, in order to avoid leaking.
Attention:
Must unplug the power plug when cleaning.
Don't make the water into the control panel.
