Remedy

Should the 3M filter and regulator panel or the carbon monoxide sensor fail in normal
service under normal conditions through no fault of the purchaser or any other user during
the warranty period, return the air filter and regulator panel or carbon monoxide sensor to a
3M authorized warranty repair service center. No charges will be made for repair or
replacement. Each repaired unit is warranted for sixty (60) days or the remaining portion of
the original equipment's warranty, whichever is longer. THE FOREGOING CONSTITUTES
THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER
REMEDIES WHICH MAY BE AVAILABLE.
This warranty becomes void immediately should any repair of or alterations to the warranted
equipment be made without authorization by 3M.
