JP8 – IR receiver. Shunted (default) to enable IR
receiving. Open to disable the IR receiver.
SW1 – set according to the ID of the keypad
ID Settings (SW1)
Comfort is able to support up to 8 keypads
(KP03/KP04/KP05/KT03) in any combination. SW1 is a
set of 4 headers which is used to determine the ID
according to the table below:

In Comfigurator, the number of keypads must be set to
the same as the maximum number of keypads

Security Off, all conditions Normal (no trouble)

Trouble e.g. Phone line cut, RS485 comms
failure. Trouble Condition is displayed
Arm (Red)

System armed, No alarm) security mode

Alarm / Alert condition.
AC (Red)

Mains Power failure.

Standby battery voltage is low due to prolonged
power failure.Battery may need to be replaced.

New Internal message. Press # to hear who the
message is for. Sign in with user code to hear
