Differences from DM01

DM02 is an improved RoHS-compatible version of DM01. It is able to
interface with more external intercoms than the DM01. DM02 will also
work with the new DP04 version of the Door Station

JP5 - COM2/NO2/NC2: Terminals for Relay Contact for Open

JP4 - COM1/NO1/NC1: Terminals for Relay Contact for Open Gate

JP3 – BELL/GND/12V_OUT: Connector for Doorbell Input: 5 to 24
w
VAC or + 5 to 24 VDC voltage input initiates the doorbell. If
doorbell input is DC, shunt J1 header to position 1-2. If doorbell
input is voltage-free contact, shunt J1 to position 2-3.
JP7 – MIC IN/SPK OUT: Connection to Intercom Outdoor Station.

JP6 – MIC OUT/SPK IN: Connection to Comfort MIC/VOICE.

JP2 - KA/KB: RS485 to Comfort

JP1 - 12V_IN/COM: Voltage supply from Comfort.

JP8/JP8A- Alternative connection for KA/KB/12V/GND (JP2 and

JP1) for short distances up to 1 meter from Comfort.

Jumper Settings

J1: Shunt J1 to positions 1-2 if the doorbell input (to BELL
w
terminal) is a DC signal of 5V to 24 VDC. Leave J1 open if the
Doorbell input is an AC signal 5 V to 24 VAC. Shunt J1 to positions
2-3 if the doorbell input is a voltage free contact. Default shunt.
