OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

The firebox insert's main power "on/off" must be switched "on" before any of the control functions' (on the insert

and/or remote control) will operate. NOTE: The main switch does not have to be turned off when the insert

is not being used for brief time periods. If you are not planning to use your insert for an extended period of time

we recommend the main power "on/off" be switched off.

This firebox insert features conveniently separate controls for the flame effect and heat control. This feature

allows you to operate the unit in 2 different ways:

As a full featured fireplace insert with both flame effect and heater operating simultaneously.

As a visual effect with flame effect only.(i.e. no heating cycle)

NOTE: This firebox insert is not designed to operate in "heat" only mode without a flame effect.

USING THE REMOTE CONTROL:

1. MAIN POWER BUTTON: Press the "main power button" on

the firebox, the flame effect (only) will turn on. To turn the

firebox "off" press the "main power button" again.

2. DOWN LIGHT BUTTON: Press to turn night light on or off.

3. FLAME EFFECT: Press the flame button up or down arrow to

achieve

the desired effect. At one point it will shut off.

4. HEAT: Press the up or down arrow on the heat button to adjust the

temperature levels higher or lower.

5. TIMER: Set the timer to turn OFF in: 10min, 20min, 30min, 40min,

50min, 1H, 2H, 3H, 4H, 5H, 6H, 7H, 8H or, 9H.

6. EMBER EFFECTS: Press for desired ember dynamic effect in

automatic mode.

USING THE MANUAL CONTROLS

LOCATED ON THE FIREBOX

INSERT.

1. Main Power Button: When turned on the power

indicator light and flame indicator light are on and

brightness level show "4"

2. Control button for flame and brightness adjustment:

Flame comes from LED light board, and has 4

levels of brightness adjustment.

The 5W reflector motor, has and ON/OFF switch to

adjust with the flame.

The log light adjusts to 4 levels of brightness.

3. Heater button has 7 levels of temperature settings.

Hold down heater button for 10sec to convert "C" to

"F".

4. Down light button: Press to switch night light ON/OFF.

5. Effect button: Press to automate dynamic effects.
