: Hand tighten the 13mm side bed rail
nuts for the vertical brace.

: Now slide through the 19mm bolts and
hand tighten the 19mm nuts.

: Next if the carrier is in its desired
place...start at the side bed rail and
tighten the 13mm hardware.

: Next tighten the vertical brace to the
vertical carrier with a 19mm socket and
wrench.
