: Next using the same 19mm socket
and wrench, tighten the bottom of
the vertical carrier to the bottom
main rail.

: Now move to the bottom main rail
brackets and using the 16mm socket
tighten all the hardware front and back.

: Now insert the tire screw mount
and rotate so it sets in place vertically...
