Setup your computer's IP before connecting WiFi repeater
1. Click "Start→Control Panel→Network and Internet→Network and SharingCenter→Change adapter settings→Wi-Fi(right click)→Properties", Double click "Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)".
2. To set up the computer IP 192.168.2.x (x arbitrary integer between 2~252), subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, Click "OK". Back to the last interface and click "OK". Then enter http://192.168.2.1
to configure.
Setup your computer's IP after you finish configuration
1. Click "Start→Control Panel→Network and Internet→Network and Sharing Center→Change adapter settings→Wi-Fi(right click)→Properties", Double click "Internet Protocol Version 4(TCP/IPv4)"
2. Select "Obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DSN server address automatically". Click "OK". Back to the last interface and click "OK". Then reconnect to repeater.
(If fails to connect network, Click "Start→Control Panel→Network and Internet→Network and SharingCenter→Change adapter settings→Wi-Fi(right click)→Properties→Diagnosis&Repair";
Or please disconnect, and re-connect after 5 seconds.)
1) Restore Factory Setting: Plug the device into socket, press RESET button around 3-5seconds.
2) Default username: admin, Default password: admin (You can check on the label of device's backside).
3) If get trouble in configure, fail to connect network, pls restore factory settings, then re-configure as per above steps.

After connect successfully, enter "http://192.168.2.1" in web browser.
