Once you have changed one of the cartridges, turn off the faucet (Figure-3),
plug the system into the electricity supply, open the ball valve of the feed adapt-
er (Figure-9) and check that there is no water leaks. If there is, close the valves
and fix it.
k. Once you've checked that there's no leaks, replace the right-hand-side cover of
the ZENIT osmosis system (looking the system from the front) as indicated in
paragraph 5.k of this manual.
Precaution 1: If there is any leak on the connection part of the tube, take it off and
cut off 0.5 cm. Then reconnect it. If there is a leak coming from a thread, unscrew the
piece, apply more Teflon tape and screw it back on again.
Precaution 2: When you change the GAC carbon cartridge (1st stage) proceed as
indicated in point 5.a to 5.g.
Precaution 3: When you change the membranes (3rd & 4th stage), proceed as
indicated in point 5.h of this manual.
Precaution 4: When you change the inline postfilter (5th stage), if the water runs
with a blackish colour, do not worry, this is normal. It is caused by the powder that the
granulated active carbon lets off. Let the water run until its clear. Throw away the black-
coloured water.

SOLUTION
Wait until the water supply has been restored.
Open the entrance valve fully.
Check mains pressure is than 1 and 3 bars, if sma-
ller you must increase pressure at the entrance of
the house.
Replace flow restrictor.
Check if the drain line is blocked. If so, unblock it.
Check the flow in the flow restrictor, if excessive,
replace it.
Replace cartridges.
Replace membranes.
Check the property's power supply or socket.
Check voltage at transformers output. If there isn't
any, replace it.
Check that the pump increases pressure at the
membrane housing inlet. If it doesn't, change it.
Check if the Antileak system has activated itself.
If so, detect the leak, fix it, replace the absorbent
ma-terial and lower the arm.
Fit membranes.
Replace the O-rings on the membrane.
Replace the membrane housing.
Replace the membranes.
Wire the connection between the wastage and
the permeate properly.
Fit a mineralizing post filter.
