Make one end, then the other end, then add the long rails to complete the frame

Slide the shorter rail onto each leg post bolt on both legs making one end of the table

If the posts won't slide on all the way, check two things:

Unscrew the Phillips-head tightening bullet to give clearance inside the bushing

Or turn the bushing by the notches to line up the hole better

(once you get it, it's a beautiful fit)

Hand tighten the Phillips-head bullet which pulls the rails tight to the legs

(if in the rare event that the rail does not pull snugly to the leg, remove that rail

and retighten that leg post bolt to draw it deeper into the leg socket)

Make the other end (repeat the above steps)

Add the long rails to complete the frame (repeat the same steps as above)

4 Attach the underside of the top to the leg assembly

Before setting the table top upside down for final assembly, make sure to pad the

surface of whatever you intend to set it on to avoid any scratches. A towel placed

on a table top, or the floor would work well.

Place the table top upside down on the soft surface

Gently lift the leg & rail assembly upside down as well, and onto the exposed

underside of the table top.

Line up the predrilled holes on the table top (underside) with the predrilled

holes on the underside of the rails.

Hand tighten the 8 screws with a Phillips screwdriver. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN

5 Hand tighten if necessary (do not use a drill)

Occasionally, you may want to hand tighten all connections to achieve a tight fit.

This should not have to be repeated after assembly is completed, but in some

climates and due to seasonal moisture, retightening these connections is possible.
