INSTALLATION STEPS
Connect the release coupling
With the bath in position, and the pipes through the wall, cut

the pipes to be protruding the wall by 50mm, and glue on the
male manifold couplings.
Next, join the female half of the coupling to the 90 degree
elbow supplied, and connect this to the male section of the
coupling.

Measure the distance from the wall to the centre of the elbow.
This is the centrepoint for the pump to be installed on.

There should still be approx.
15mm from the inside of the
coupling to wall to allow the
cover plate to be installed.
STEP 5 INSTALL THE PUMP
Install the pump as per the installation manual provided with
the pump.
STEP 6 FIT THE COVER PLATE
Install the cover plate around the pipework (ensuring
the notch for the cable aligns with the cable) as per the
installation instructions provided with the cover plate.
Note steps 5B to 5D show the seals being installed
on the door with the frame removed for clarity.
Cut the seals to the correct length before fitting.

Once the waste has been connected, and the spa is in position,
fill the bath with water and let sit for 10 minutes. Inspect
under the bath for any visible leaking. Start the spa pump and
