Notes on Painting AC Schnitzer Components
Before painting, check the fit of all AC Schnitzer bodystyling components on the vehicle (e.g. support surfaces/contours).
Any retouching work (e.g. sanding of support surfaces/contours) should be carried out before painting!
The quality and durability of the paint on a component depend on the preparation and are affected by external influences,
and cannot therefore be compared with other body parts.
To prevent distortion/deformation during processing and drying, AC Schnitzer components must be placed on a
corresponding jig.

2K stopper P220 – P280 (dry), complete component P400 – P600 (dry)
Contact surfaces, TÜV plate, rating plates

1 hour at max. 40° Celsius object temperature, leave component in drying
cabinet overnight
Masking on rating plates, contact surfaces and TÜV plate
P800 (dry)
