Usage of mounting rail bus connectors
Purpose
Mounting rail bus connectors are necessary if an SoE repeater module is to be extended by
SoE repeater extension modules in accordance with section "Functional description
(Page 13)". One mounting rail bus connector is required per module.
Function
The mounting rail bus connector has the following purposes:
● Passing on of the events received by the SoE repeater module to the connected
SoE repeater extension modules
● The power supply of the connected SoE repeater extension modules
