The technical information and instructions provided herein below are intended for the
installer / Servicing Technician so that the unit may be installed and serviced
correctly and safely.
There will be two items:
1 - The fully assembled boiler
2 - A separately boxed connection ki

WATER REGULATIONS
In GB it is necessary to comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999,
for Scotland, The Water Bylaws 2000, Scotland. The Genus 30 Plus is an approved
product under the Water Regulations.
To comply with the Water Regulations, you attention is drawn to The Water Regulations
guide published by the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS) gives full details of
the requirements.
In IE, the requirements given in the current edition of I.S.813 and the current Building
Regulations must be followed.
The installation of this appliance must be in accordance with the relevant
requirements of the Local Building Regulations, the current I.E.E. Wiring Regulations,
the bylaws of the local water authority, in Scotland, in accordance with the Building
Standards (Scotland) Regulation and Health and Safety document No. 635
"Electricity at work regulations 1989" and in the Republic of Ireland with the current
edition of I.S. 813, the Local Building Regulations (IE).
