4.Check the distance between the riving knife and
the toothed rim of the saw blade is not more than
5mm.The toothed rim does not extend more than
5mm beyond the lower of the riving knife.

HINTS
CIRCULAR SAW
1.If your power tool becomes too hot, run no load
for 2-3 minutes to cool the motor.
2.Always use a blade suited to the material and
material thickness to be cut.
3.The quality of cut will improve as the number of
blade teeth increase.
4.Always ensure the workpiece is firmly held or
clamped to prevent movement.
5.Support large panels close to the cut line.
6.Any movement of the material may affect the
quality of the cut.
MAINTENANCE
There are very few user serviceable parts in this
machine, the only parts which can be changed
safely by the user are:
1.The mains plug
2.The circular blade
To clean the unit, wipe the outer casing using a
damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, thin-
ner, etc. on this product. Refer servicing to a qual-
ified service personnel.
TROUBLESHOOTING
1.If your circular saw will not operate, check plug
fuse and power at mains plug.
2.There are no user serviceable parts in the saw
other than those listed in Care and Maintenance.
3.If a fault is suspected return to an authorised
dealer to repair.
