B. Checking Missing or Loosening of Various Screws (when corner bracket is used)

*The corner bracket is sold separately.

Corner cover fixing screws (2 locations)

❹ Checking Corner Cover Fixing Screws and Corner Bracket Fixing Screws.

Use a back cushion and a flat-head screwdriver to

remove the plastic caps (2 pcs), then use a Phillips

screwdriver No3 to remove the lower cover fixing

screws (2 locations ) and remove the lower cover.

*To disassemble the back cushion, refer to "Back

Cushion Replacement Procedure" on page 9.

Use a Phillips screwdriver No2 to check the

corner cover fixing screws (2 locations) and

corner bracket fixing screws (4 locations) are

not missing or loosened.

❺ Checking Anchor Bolts, Body Fixing Screws, and Lower Cover Fixing Screws.

After checking, assemble by the reverse procedure.

When assembling, make sure that anchor bolts (3 locations), main unit fixing screws (4 locations), and lower cover

fixing screws (2 locations) are not missing or loosened.

After the assembly is completed, inspect it by referring to the Daily Inspection (page 4).

Use Phillips screwdriver No3 and wrench (nominal 17MM)

date on the inspection sticker affixed to the lower

cover.

Using a Phillips screwdriver No3 to remove the main body

fixing screws (4 locations) and use wrench (nominal

17mm) to remove the anchor bolts (3 locations) driven

into the floor, and then remove the main body from the

corner bracket.
