2.13 MOUNTING THE HUB SEAL

NOTE

RISK OF DAMAGE TO THE HUB BY USING THE WRONG TOOL!

If the mounting tool HXTXXX00N5026S is used to mount the hub seal, the axle may be damaged

or the ball bearing on the non-drive side may be loosened from its bearing seat.

•

Only use the mounting tool HXTXXX00N1000S with the tapered bore.

1. Put the hub seal onto the mounting tool.

2. Put the installation tool with the hub seal

onto the axle.
