WARRANTY

AudioSource warrants to the purchaser, and, subject to re-registration of this warranty, to

any transferee of the purchaser, that all new audio equipment shall be free from defects in

workmanship and material under normal and proper use and service for the following periods

measured from the date of original purchase atJetai1:

AudioSource@ Components - 2 Years

AudioSource@ Loudspeakers - 5 years

AudioSource@ Accessories - 1 year

Defective equipment returned by the registered owner within the appropriate warranty period

will be repaired or replaced at no charge for labor or materials provided that owner complies

with the following instructions:

(l)The attached warranty registration card shall have been filled out and returned by purchaser to

AudioSource Within ten (10) days from the date the equipment was delivered to purchaser. If the

equipment is sold or transferred by purchaser, a re-registration card obtained from AudioSource

or an AudioSource dealer shall have been filled out and returned to AudioSource within 20 days

after the equipment was delivered to the subsequent owner.

(2) The registered owner shall have contacted the dealer where the equipment was purchased and/or

written or called AudioSource directly and described in detail the nature of the problem and the

other equipment used with the system. Frequently the problem can be located in other compo-

nents in the system or can be corrected by simple adjustments in the equipment.

(3) If the problem cannot be solved by instructions received from the dealer and/or AudioSource, the

defective equipment shall be returned to AudioSource at the address given below, transportation

prepaid, in the original carton or a replacement carton obtained at no cost from the dealer. A

written statement must accompany the equipment listing the name, address and telephone

number of the owner, the name of the dealer and date of purchase, and a detailed description of

the nature of the problem and the other equipment used with the system.

This warranty does not cover equipment that has been altered or repaired by other than

manufacturer approved procedures, subjected to negligence, misuse or accident, damaged by excessive

current or otherwise, has its serial number altered, defaced, or removed, or has been used contrary to written

instructions.

AudioSource neither assumes nor authorizes any representative or other person to assume for it any

obligation of liability other than such as is expressly set forth herein. This warranty gives you specific legal

rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

This warranty replaces any warranty or guarantee contained in the manual which accompanies the

equipment.
