If the umbrella does not have an installation manual and / or attached guides, ask for a

copy from Gaggio srl or download them from the website www.gaggio.net.

L'installazione dell'ombrellone e dei suoi accessori elettrici deve essere eseguita da personale

qualiﬁcato.

The installation of the umbrella and its electrical accessories must be carried out by qualiﬁed

people.

Collocare la base in posizione

Place the base in position

Assicurarsi che la base sia in perfetto piano ed, eventualmente,

regolare i piedini (in caso di ﬁssaggio base appoggio) VEDI PUNTO *

Make sure that the base is perfectly ﬂat and, if necessary, adjust the

levelling feet (In case of support base ﬁxing) SEE POINT *

Aggiungere le nr. 40 lastre di zavorra 50x50 negli alloggiamenti

della base (AUMENTARE NUMERO LASTRE). Per posizionamento

restanti 16 lastre vedere PUNTO **

Add the nr. 40 plates of ballast 50x50 in the housings of the base

(INCREASE NUMBER OF PLATES). For the positioning of the remai-

ning 16 plates see POINT **

Rimuovere la dima dai tirafondi

Remove the template from the log bolts

Regolare I dadi posti sui tirafondi creando un piano in bolla

Adjust the other 4 washers and ﬁx the base using the M18 nuts

Inserire le 4 rondelle nei tirafondi

Insert the 4 washers into the log bolts

Posizionare la base ﬁssaggio pavimento facendo passare i tirafondi

nei fori della base

Position the ﬂoor ﬁxing base by passing the log bolts through the

holes in the base

Mettere le altre 4 rondelle e ﬁssare la base mediante i dadi M18.

Una volta ﬁssata mettere anche gli altri 4 dadi M18

Place the other 4 washers and ﬁx the base using the M18 nuts.

Once ﬁxed, also put the other 4 M18 nuts

Forare il pavimento in corrispondenza dei piatti forati presenti nella base

Drill the ﬂoor in correspondence with the perforated plates in the base

Riempire i fori eseguiti con chimico e annegare le barre ﬁlettate diametro 12, lasciando

30 mm liberi per ﬁssaggio della base

Fill the holes made with chemical and drown the threaded bars diameter 12, leaving 30

mm free for ﬁxing the base

Posizionare il basamento in corrispondenza delle barre ﬁlettate M12 e ﬁssarlo

Position the base in correspondence with the M12 threaded bars and ﬁx it

Golia, quando viene spedito a mezzo corriere, si presenta rivestito di materiale per imballaggio

pluriball e ancorato in sospensione, quindi senza punti di contatto al ﬁne di prevenire danni al

tessuto. La gabbia in acciaio sulla quale è alloggiato viene costruita appositamente ed è a

perdere

Golia, when shipped by courier, is covered with bubble wrap packaging material and ancho-

Scaricare dal cassone del camion la cassa con un mulet-

Posizionare l'ombrellone sopra l'invito del basamento, impugnando con le

mani la parte bassa, ﬁno a che il tubo dello stesso sia inserito in modo preciso

sul tubo d'innesto della base

Eseguire questa operazione in sicurezza, dotandosi di imbragatura (non fornita) assicurandosi

che l'ombrellone non ruoti causando un pericoloso scivolamento della scala, e, più in generale,

rispettando le norme di sicurezza per le lavorazioni in quota. rimuovere eventuali residui di

bollicine di imballo. N.B.: la polvere presente sul tessuto serve a far sì che lo stesso non si

incolli durante le lavorazioni / trasporto / imballaggio

Carry out this operation safely, using a safety harness (not supplied) making sure that the umbrel-

la does not rotate causing a dangerous sliding of the ladder, and more generally, respecting the

safety regulations for working at height. Remove any residual packaging bubbles. Please Note: the

dust present on the fabric is used to ensure that it does not stick during processing / transport /

lock the end of the ﬁxed part in the speciﬁc buckle

Effettuare il collegamento idraulico dei tubi centralina mediante

i raccordi forniti rispettando l'ordine indicato sui tubi

Make the hydraulic connection of the control unit pipes using the

supplied ﬁttings respecting the order indicated on the pipes

Effettuare il collegamento elettrico della centralina alla batteria rispettando le polarità

Make the electrical connection of the control unit to the battery respecting the polarity

Controllare che l'area di movimento dell'ombrellone sia libera da ingombri o persone

accendere l'interruttore ON / OFF del quadro elettrico

Check that the movement area of the umbrella is free from obstructions or people.

Turn on the ON / OFF switch on the electrical panel

Premere il tasto -1- (APRI) del telecomando per aprire l'ombrellone

Press the -1- (OPEN) button on the remote control to open the

umbrella

Prima di effettuare la completa apertura dell'ombrellone (tensione del tessuto)

togliere gli imballi presenti sugli snodi delle stecche e sul palo

Before opening the umbrella completely (fabric tension), remove the packaging on the

joints of the ribs and on the pole

Posizionare bandelle copri snodi su entrambi i lati stecca

Place joint cover strips on both sides of the ribs

Aprire i manicotti sulle stecche ed avvolgere quest'ultime richiu-

dendoli con l'apposito velcro

Open the sleeves on the ribs and wrap the latter by closing them

with the special velcro

Aprire totalmente l'ombrellone ﬁno alla completa tensione del tessuto

Fully open the umbrella until the fabric is completely tensioned

Veriﬁcare il corretto orientamento dell'ombrellone o ruotarlo ﬁno a raggiungimento

della posizione desiderata

Check the correct orientation of the umbrella or rotate it until the desired position is

reached

Praticare i 4 fori sul palo ombrellone in corrispondenza delle

staffe

Drill the 4 holes on the umbrella pole in correspondence with the

brackets

Fissare il palo alla base tramite I perni diam. 10 mm in dotazione

Fix the pole to the base using the supplied pins diam. 10 mm

* in caso di basamento appoggio posizionare le rimanenti 16 lastre di zavorra da 40x40

in verticale negli spazi rimasti liberi (tra le lastre zavorra da 50x50)
