LED is unstable when a lamp is burnt out or not mounted.
Be sure
to mount a lamp and set the primary voltage selector switch

selector switch in the lOOV channel and the 220/240V
selector switch
in the 200V channel) to the appropriate position.

Replace the RVlOl.
