The "PROTECH" function activates for the product, an electronic system that protects against corrosion orig-
inateci by the water-metal contact, ensuring excellent longevity of the appliance's tank in case of chemically
aggressive water. The principle of operation is the following: the electronic circuit creates a difference in
potential between the tank and the titanium electrode, thereby guaranteeing excellent protection of the tank,
preventing corrosion due to the galvanic effect. For correct system operation, it is necessary to guarantee the
permanent connection of the product to the electric al power mains. Also in the case of appliance downtime,
turn the product off by the ON/OFF " button, disconnect it from the electrical power mains. lf you wish to
switch the electrical power supply off tor long periods of time, it is advisable to empty out all of the water con-
tained in the appliance (see "Maintenan ce" paragraph) to ensure increased durability of the tank/resistance.
RESET/DIAGNOSTICS
When any of the operation problems occur, the appliance goes into "fault status" and all LEDs on the control
panel will flash simultaneously.
Diagnostics: to enable the diagnostic function, hold the ON/OFF " button button and the "-" button for 5
seconds. The type of fault is indicated by five LEDs according to the following scheme:
LED 40° - internal malfunction of the circuit board
LED 40° - 60° - internal malfunction of the circuit board (NFC communication or NFC data)
LED 60° - broken temperature probes (open or short circuited) - boiler outlet
LED 80° - excessive water temperature detected by single sensor - boiler outlet
LED 70° - 80° - generai excessive water temperature (circuit board fault) - boiler outlet
LED 60° - 70° - Failure to heat water with powered heating element - boiler outlet
LED 60°, 70° e 80° - overheating caused by lack of water - boiler outlet
LED 50° e 60° - broken temperature probes (open or short circuiteci) - boiler inlet
LED 50° e 80° - excessive water temperature detected by single sensor - boiler inlet
LED 50°, 70° e 80° - generai excessive water temperature (circuit board fault) - boiler inlet
LED Rif. 50°, 60° e 70° - failure to heat water with powered heating element - boiler inlet
LED Rif. 50°, 60°, 70° e 80° - overheating caused by lack of water - boiler inlet
Exit the diagnostic function by pressing the ON/OFF " button or wait tor 25 seconds."

PAIRING BETWEEN THE POWER METER SMART SWITCH AND THE WATER HEATER
After connecting the indoor water heater, check the status of the Wi-Fi Led on the Power Meter Smart Switch,
if it is fixed blue, then you will not need to do any other operation.
Otherwise if the LED is blinking blue, a qualified technician should be called.

The WI-Fi module is connecting to the home network
The Wi-Fi is ON and connected to the home network
The Wi-Fi module is OFF
